For the July O’Hare Board Strategy26 Workshop, a set of short thought papers will drive the dialogue.

Knowing that many Board members will want to consult others on their team before joining us on July 11, we’re providing these papers in advance. With 30 separate papers, there’s a significant lift to developed them all.

Think of these short thought papers through three lenses:

a) The context driving this need – why?
b) What IBHS is already doing in this space?
c) What’s possible for IBHS’s engagement in the coming three years?

Each paper is posted below. A single file with all of the papers is provided here: Board Strategy Paper Book. IBHS staff will provide a hardcopy of this book at the O’Hare meeting (you do not need to print and bring these with you).

ROOFS & STRUCTURES for wind/rain/hail
