Why Screens Failed

Why did so many patio enclosures collapse during the hurricanes of 2004 and 2005?  The results of an investigation by The Palm Beach Post were published in a special report Thursday, December 29, 2005.  Two of the articles, "How Engineers Change Plans" and "The Cost of Rebuilding," quote Tm Reinhold, IBHS vice president of engineering.
